Article Requirements
All Indiana Bride Magazine articles should adhere to the following requirements:
• The article should be a personal piece of work, with appropriate referencing wherever applicable.
• The content of the article should be well-written, reflect a professional standard, engaging, and in accordance with Indiana Bride Magazine subjects and article categories.
• The views proposed in the article should be fair and unbiased in the sense that no other Vendor should be negatively discussed. Links to valid websites are acceptable and direct self promotion is allowed as long as the essence of the article is providing relevant information to the reader. Names of brands or companies can be mentioned to support the story as relevant.
• The length of the article can vary from 400 to 600 words.
• The content of the article should stay focused on the general interest main topic without going into unnecessary company specific sales details.
• Whenever possible, images should be attached. Please only submit images of which the author has copyright ownership or approval. Images cannot be posted unless received in the preferred format of a high resolution jpg. If requested, Indiana Bride Magazine may be able to assist with the ideal inclusion picture and proper picture format based on article need.
• Quotations or speeches of third persons must have sources and references clearly reported. Using either footnotes or Harvard or standard referencing format.
• All articles are reviewed, proof read and when necessary edited to meet Indiana Bride Magazine standards.
• The author should enclose identity with specific name citing and business citing information for the submitted article.
• Articles will not be resubmitted to the author for pre approval after editing by Indiana Bride Magazine staff before being posted, unless a direct clarification is needed for article validity or reader promotion.

Author’s contact, name and business information provided.
Article is in accordance with Indiana Bride Magazine categories.
Fair opinions, no negative alternate Vendor comments, appropriate self-promotion.
Personal piece of work, no plagiarism.
Referenced, wherever applicable.
400-600 words long.
